THE IRON CORE DIFFERENCE
We invite adapted athletes from any sport or recreational activity
to work with us and enhance their skills.
Sessions are FREE
Ages 5 & Up
Saturdays, January through April (annually)
Sessions are 6-8 eight weeks long depending on the number of participants registered
Sessions at LeBlond Recreation Center and VIRTUAL
We utilize 2:1 and 3:1 ratios (coach to participant)
Goals set for each participant are related to improving their skill levels when playing their sport or for general mobility.
IRON CORE addresses focus, self confidence, speed, strength, force, balance, coordination and sport-specific skills.
One-on-one adapted training sessions are available whether you are part of a recreational or competitive sport program or just want to improve your overall core strength, limb use or health and wellness.
